2025 Theme and Exhibit
​Minerva Schools -A Century of Memories, 1925-2025

Dear Alumni,

This is a big year for Minerva Day, starting on Saturday, July 5th, 2025, as the museum celebrates their theme of: “Minerva Schools -A Century of Memories, 1925-2025”. 

Also, this year, Minerva Volunteer Fire Dept. will be 75 years old and Minerva Historical Society will be 70 years old.
Many events are already in the works for that week-end, including the parade, fireworks and the Alumni Banquet Brunch, which will take place Sunday, July 6th, at the Minerva Lake Pavilion.

MHS is looking for school memorabilia from OHS or MHS Alumni (or their relatives) for the museum display. We need school items like, class pictures, senior trip pictures, news & sports stories, uniforms/jackets, block M’s, tassels, class rings, old report cards, graduation programs, and items from the many plays & musicals, just to name a few.   These items are just on loan and will be returned later in mid-September.

MHS is also working on recording Alumni memories of their favorite teacher, class or their favorite memory about school. Recordings can be made at home, using a cell phone and sent to our google site. (Don’t forget to say your name and class year!)
